Write out a bunch of little notes; compliments, inspiring quotes,
jokes, reminders to smile. Then
hide the notes; in stores, around work or school, get crafty. Put
them places that people will stumble upon accidentally.

This more than just a fun activity
in subterfudge – can you hide the notes without anyone seeing? Its the chance to gain happiness by spreading it to others.
